Classic Photographs Los Angeles will open its three-day run with an Opening Night Preview from 6pm to 8pm on Friday, September 6, and continue through Sunday, September 8 at the B7 ROSEGALLERY space Bergamot Station Arts Center in Santa Monica. Now in its 10th year, Classic Photographs Los Angeles began when a small group of leading galleries and photography dealers, looking for an alternative to over-sized art fairs, organized an intimate photography show at the Michael Dawson Gallery in Los Angeles. In the years since its inception, Classic Photographs Los Angeles has established itself as the premiere West Coast destination for discovering and buying the best in vintage, modern and contemporary photography. This year’s fair will again boast an impressive international scope with participating galleries from North America, Paris, and Shanghai, each known for the quality of work they represent as well as their expertise.

Visitors will have a chance to feast their eyes on stunning works that span the history of photography. Vintage photographs of Los Angeles give viewers a chance to see what the city looked like in years past. No matter what your taste or budget, the diverse collections will appeal to collectors and photo enthusiast of all levels. The open camaraderie between exhibitors, collectors, curators, educators and students, will give guests an opportunity to meet and be a part of this vibrant community.
